**'''COVID-19: Sanitization of Personal Durable Medical Equipment (DME)'''
***Format:  Webinar
***Draft Description:
***Sanitizing durable medical equipment is a top priority for individuals with mobility disabilities, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. This webinar will share up-to-date CDC guidance and resources that go beyond the everyday cleaning process and discuss what it means to optimize infection prevention. While COVID-19 is more dangerous because we lack treatments and infected persons do not always manifest symptoms, other viruses (e.g., norovirus) persist on solid surfaces much longer.  By understanding more about COVID-19 transmission and adopting best practice guidance for cleaning and disinfection, individuals who use DME have another important way of protecting themselves from infection.
