The 2012 IDEAS Exhibit Hall will showcase a vast array of innovative assistive technology devices and services that can benefit students in the K-12 classroom setting and beyond. Vendors from around the country will represent products and resources for mobility, computer access, communication, blind and low vision, deaf and hard of hearing, deaf-blind, cognitive, creative learning and much more. This Exhibit Hall promises to be a place for participants to interact with vendors and community service providers as they discover assistive technology strategies, solutions and supports.

The Georgia Department of Education’s Division for Special Education Services and Supports has partnered with Tools for Life, Georgia's Assistive Technology Act Program and the Georgia Sensory Assistance Project for this event. As a result of this collaboration, we are expecting a larger and more diverse audience of participation.

Additional Important Information:
The setting for the 2012 IDEAS Conference is casual and since Epworth by the Sea is a camp facility we do not have the means to have a lot of typical exhibit hall amenities. Strickland Auditorium, the location of the exhibit hall, is large but we will not have drape, carpet, etc. We will have electricity which is available by request on a first-come first-served basis. Contact Liz Persaud at Liz@gatfl.org to request electricity.

For additional information or any questions that you may have, please contact the IDEAS Exhibit Hall Coordinator, Liz Persaud, at 404-385-6573 or Liz@gatfl.org
