Assistive Technology Toolkits

The purpose of the assistive technology (AT) kits is to inform Georgia residents about assistive technologies and to demonstrate the functions of various forms of high-tech and low-tech assistive technologies. The kits will be packaged in sturdy shipping cases which are suitable for transport to libraries across Georgia.

About GLASS

Through the Georgia Libraries for Accessible Statewide Services (GLASS), Georgia Public Library Service provides library services for the blind and others whose physical abilities require the use of books and magazines in audio format or in braille. Services are delivered through a network including two walk-in locations and a central distribution center.
