2015 IDEAS Exhibitor Information and Registration

Registration for exhibiting at IDEAS 2015 is available only online through Eventbrite created and hosted by Tools for Life at AMAC Accessibility/Georgia Tech. The exhibit hall will be held in Strickland Auditorium at Epworth by the Sea on Wednesday, June 3 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Thursday, June 4 from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Exhibitor registration is $200 and includes:

  • Two (2) complementary conference registrations
  • One 2'x8' draped table
  • Printed tabletop signage showing company name
  • Box lunch for up to two (2) company representatives/staff on Thursday June 4, 2015
  • Name badges
  • Listing in the official conference program (if registered by deadline)

Additional exhibitor fees may include:

  • Literature/Information Table $25 (if you are unable to attend and would like to send materials in lieu of your company's attendance)
  • Additional Company Representatives/Staff $75 (this fee is for staff in addition to the 2 complimentary registrations covered by your exhibitor registration)

Exhibitor tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Representatives are invited to participate in conference sessions on a space available basis. Additional information will be sent once your exhibit registration is received.

Exhibitors will register through Eventbrite. Credit cards are the accepted method of payment.

Exhibiting fees are non-refundable. Exhibitors who do not show for the exhibit hall are still responsible for full payment of the exhibit registration fee.

Submit a Proposal

All exhibitors are encouraged to submit a proposal to present a workshop during the 2015 IDEAS Conference. Exhibitor proposals should include information that educators and other supporting students with disabilities can actively incorporate into the classroom, curriculum building, active implementation. Any proposal submitted by an exhibitor that reflects product endorsement will automatically be denied.

Georgia Department of Education’s Division for Special Education Services and Supports is proud to offer the IDEAS (Institute Designed for Educating All Students) Conference in partnership with Tools for Life at Georgia Tech and Georgia CEC. The IDEAS Conference will offer a wide range of session topics and presentations that will address technical and functional perspectives for all educators who teach students with disabilities.
